摘要
目的探讨标准化患者(standardized patient,SP)和客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在护理本科生临床技能毕业考评中的应用。方法通过撰写SP病例、建立SP考评标准、选拔和培训SP,设置了基于SP的OSCE,对35名护理本科毕业生进行临床技能的考评。结果多站式考核总分为30分,考生总成绩在21.4~27.之间,平均为(24.86±1.37)分。45.7%的考生对SP的人文关怀不够,应对能力欠佳。结论基于SP的OSCE能较全面地考核护理本科毕业生的临床技能,考评发现部分考生临床技能掌握有不足之处,建议在专业课程教学和临床实习中引入基于SP的OSCE。
Objective To explore the application of standardized patient(SP) and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in the graduation examination of clinical capacities for nursing undergraduates.Methods By writing SP cases,establishing examination standards for SP cases,selecting and training candidates for SP,a multi-way stop evaluation system(MSES) was developed based on SP and OSCE to evaluate the clinical capacities in 35 nursing undergraduates.Results The total score of MSES was 30.The total scores of candidates were ranged between 21.4~27.4 with a mean scroe of (24.86±1.37).Totally 45.7% of the students showed deficiency of humanistic caring and had poor coping abilities.Conclusion SP and OSCE based MSES can comprehensively evaluate the clinical capacities of nursing undergraduates.Given the inadequate control of clinical capacities in certain nursing undergraduates,SP and OSCE based MSES is recommended for nursing teaching and clinical practice.
