摘要
为了满足生物基础实验多媒体互动教学的需要,在显微互动实验设备的基础上,结合体视互动实验设备的特点,研究了显微互动与体视互动一体化实验平台技术。该技术通过对原有显微互动和体视互动实验设备的硬件系统中显微镜与体视镜的线路改造和CCD的升级、软件系统中互动控制软件与图像分析软件的升级,以及附属设备的研究和改造,将原本独立的显微互动实验设备系统和体视互动实验设备系统集成在一个多媒体互动实验平台上,丰富和完善了实验平台的功能。利用该实验平台,可同时或分别进行生物显微互动实验教学与体视互动实验教学,提高了实验平台的实验教学效率和效果。
The microscope-stereoscope integration experiment mutual system was researched based on the microscope mutual experiment system in order to match the requirement of Multimedia interactive teaching. The circuitry and CCD was reconstructed or upgraded in the previous microscope and stereoscope systems. The auxiliary facilities were studied and reconstructed. The interactive control software and image analysis software were upgraded in the integrated experimental mutual system. Then, the previous independent microscope mutual system and the stereoscope mutual system were integrated on a multimedia experimental platform, which improved the microscope-stereoscope integration experiment platform. After the reconstruction and integration of the microscope-stereoscope experiment mutual system, the experimental teachings with microscopes or stereoscopes may be carried out simultaneously or separately, which would increase the efficiency and effects of experimental teachings.
