The management work of the obsolescence instrument and equipment is of great significance and should be scrapped with scientific standards, strict working procedures, accurate technical appraisals, and timely account management. Everything possible should be done to make full use of obsolete equipment. Furthermone the euhancement of the management is essential to give full role of the discarded equipment.
