摘要
生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式转变,引发社会对中医药人才的素质及中医药学高等人才教育提出了新的要求。本文分析了传统中医药高层次人才培养存在的不足,提出在现代医学模式下,中医药本科人才培养应重视为后期硕博等高层次创新人才培养打好坚实而广泛的基础,应加强发展性、前沿性、人文性课程的开设,并在后期采用导师制等方法加强部分优等学生的科研创新能力和批判思想的培养,帮助学生在专业知识、实操能力和综合素质各方面协同发展。
Biomedical model has been transformed into biological-psychological-social model, which makes the society have new requirements for the quality of Chinese medicine talents and higher education for Chinese medicine talents. This paper analyzes the deficiencies in high-level Chinese medicine personnel training. It proposes that under the modern medical model, training undergraduate students of Chinese medicine should pay attention to laying a solid and broad foundation for later-stage training of master' s and doctor' s degree candidates. The university should strengthen the development of courses with progressive, pioneering and hu- manities features. Mentor system and other methods should be adopted in the later stage to strengthen excellent students' innovative ability and critical thinking as well as help students improve all-round development of professional knowledge, practical operation ability and comprehensive quality.
