摘要
通过对德国一批企业培训中心的实地考察,了解到德国对技能型人才进行企业培训有四种模式:单一企业培训、跨企业培训、企业联盟培训、企业外培训等模式。具体分析了德国企业培训的主要实施过程。
By investigating to a number of enterprises training center in Germany,we learn four patterns about enterprises training of skilled person:single enterprises training,across enterprises training,enterprises union training and outside enterprises training,and analyse implementation process of enterprises training.
