摘要
通过对德国一批企业培训中心的实地考察,了解到德国对技能型人才进行企业培训有四种模式:单一企业培训、跨企业培训、企业联盟培训、企业外培训等模式。具体分析了德国企业培训的主要实施过程。
By investigating to a number of enterprises training center in Germany,we learn four patterns about enterprises training of skilled person：single enterprises training,across enterprises training,enterprises union training and outside enterprises training,and analyse implementation process of enterprises training.
