摘要
目的研究早孕期先兆流产孕妇孕激素水平,了解不同孕激素水平组的继续妊娠率是否有差异。方法检测早孕先兆流产孕妇血清孕酮水平(除外其他疾病导致的阴道流血),对于先兆流产孕妇采用同样治疗方法,并随访。结果早孕期先兆流产孕妇有17%发生自然流产,孕酮大于15 ng/ml组预后较小于15 ng/ml组有显著差异。结论孕酮对于维持妊娠具有重要作用,早孕期孕酮水平低于15 ng/ml,继续妊娠率较低。
Objective To research the relationship of progesterone and continued pregnancy rate.Method The progesterone of threaten abortion was measured.Results There were 17% spontaneous abortion happened in threaten abortion.The abortion rate of progesterone higher than 15ng/mL was lower than that lower than 15ng/mL.Conclusion Progesterone plays an important role on pregnancy.
