摘要
以牟氏角毛藻为实验材料,研究了Pb2+对其生长及生化的影响,结果表明Pb2+浓度低于1.0 mg/L时能促进牟氏角毛藻的生长,高于10.0 mg/L则对牟氏角毛藻的生长产生抑制作用。Pb2+可促进牟氏角毛藻中多糖的合成,但使藻中叶绿素减少。Pb2+浓度为0.1和50.0 mg/L时,蛋白质的含量高于空白组,而在其他实验浓度组的蛋白质的含量低于空白组。
Effects of Pb^2+ on the growth of Chaetoceros muelleri Lemmerman and the content of polysaccharide as well as chlorophyll and protein were discussed in this paper.The results showed that the growth of C.muelleri Lemmerman would be promoted by Pb^2+ less than 1.0 mg/L,but the restrain effect could be observed at concentration higher than 10.0 mg/L.Pb^2+ promoted the polysaccharide synthesis of C.muelleri Lemmerman,but reduced its chlorophyll content.The protein content were higher than control when the concentration of Pb^2+ was 0.1 mg/L and 50.0 mg/L,but were lower at 0.05 mg/L,1.0 mg/L,10.0 mg/L,100.0 mg/L concentration.
