摘要
本文通过对北京市延庆县的五个村庄进行调查,发现农村劳动力就业动机可分为四种类型:收入导向型、工作导向型、家庭导向型和发展导向型。选择人力资本、家庭人口结构、家庭耕地占有、家庭年总收入、居住地区位五类影响农村劳动力就业动机的因素,着重分析它们对农村劳动力就业动机影响的差异。
The research has taken the 5 villages of Yanqing County,Beijing,as the cases to analyze the motivations of employment of rural labor force.The motivations can be classified as income-oriented,work-oriented,family-oriented and development-oriented.By selecting five category factors that impact the rural labor force motivation including human capital,household demographic structure,household cultivated land possession,total income,household living areas situation,totally 12 variables,it focuses on analyzing the different impact factors for labor force motivation.This study aime aims at providing policy recommendations for the relevant government departments with a scientific and proper view to solve the employment problem of the rural labor force.
