摘要
运用正交设计法对于影响普通混凝土立方体抗压强度的水胶比、单位立方米胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺合量以及养护方式等4种控制因素进行了试验研究,采用极差分析和方差分析方法定量分析了这4种主要控制因子对混凝土立方体抗压强度的影响程度。利用配对样本T检验法比较了混凝土配合比中砂率的改变、工作度变化以及养护方式之间的差异对混凝土立方体抗压强度是否存在显著性影响。最后根据测量数据进行多元线性回归拟合,并试验验证了预测模型。
Effects of water to binder ratio,binder content,flying ash blending percentage and curing mode on concrete cubic compression strength are taken into account in experimental investigation with orthogonal design.These four governing factors are quantitatively analyzed using range analysis and variance analysis methods.With paired-samples T test method,fluctuation of sand ratio and addition of superplaticizer in concrete mixing and variance of curing modes are compared to test that if these three kinds of variances exists significant influence on concrete cubic strength respectively.At last,multi-variant linear regression is performed according to experiment results and relevant validations are carried out.
