摘要
通过建立金属薄膜系统吸附模型,导出了金属薄膜吸附系统电子功函数W随温度T和覆盖度θ的变化关系式,并对铕Eu在钨W(100)面的吸附进行了计算.计算结果发现,铕Eu在钨W(100)面的功函数的温度系数随温度的升高而减小,功函数随温度升高而增大,随覆盖度增大而增大.
A model of the metal film adsorption system is established to study the influence of temperature T and coverage degree θ on the work functionWof the system.The thermal coefficientχand work functionWare found.From the thermal coefficient χ and work functionWof the Eu film on W(100) surface,we find that the thermal coefficientχdecreases with temperature T rise,the work function Wincreases with temperatureTrise and coverage degree θ increase.
