摘要
通过对2006—2008年3年的棉花主产区调查,明确了中国棉花生产成本与收益的状况,分析了各项成本占总成本的比例及其影响因素,指出中国棉花生产价格波动巨烈,成本居高不下,植棉效益较低,棉农生产积极性不高,棉花生产形势不容乐观等问题。提出了中国棉花健康发展对策,即良种配套良法、推进规模化种植,提高机械化水平,以降低成本;国家出台相关措施,以确保棉农合理收益,稳定棉花播种面积。
The state of Cotton Production was surveyed in the three main production areas in 2006-2008. the result showed that the price of cotton production was very unstable in China,high cost and low profit,cotton farmers are not willing to plant cotton,cotton production situation is not optimistic. The author puts forward some countermeasures on how to promote the healthy development of cotton production in China,namely planting a good variety with a good way,promoting the scaled planting,improving the level of mechanization,to reduce costs; adopting corresponding measures to ensure farmers a reasonable income,so as to stabilize cotton acreage.
