摘要
研究了日本沼虾对消毒剂二氧化氯的耐受性。试验采用静水试验法,共设10组浓度梯度(90、100、110、120、130、140、150、160、170、180mg/L),每组梯度设4个重复,在试验过程中记录每组浓度梯度日本沼虾的中毒症状和死亡尾数。结果表明,随二氧化氯浓度的升高,沼虾存活率呈下降趋势;在24、48、72、96h二氧化氯对日本沼虾的半致死浓度LC50分别为388.06、120.21、33.33、13.33mg/L,二氧化氯对日本沼虾的安全浓度为3.46mg/L。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the tolerance of disinfectant chlorine dioxide on Macrobrachium nipponense with a static-water system. Ten concentration gradients (90,100,110,120,130,140,150,160,170,180 mg/L ) with four replications per concentration gradient were set up. The poisoning symptoms and death numbers of each group were recorded during the experiment. The results showed that the survival rate of M. nipponense decreased with increasing chlorine dioxide concentration,and the half-death concentration LC 50 of chlorine dioxide to M. nipponense at 24,48,72,96 h were 388.06,120.21,33.33,13.33 mg/L,the safe concentration was 3.46 mg/L.
