摘要
在进行某型号后视镜振动测试时,发现其在低于80Hz的一阶固有频率附近镜面振动量超标。为达到后视镜的振动行业标准,对其进行了有限元仿真计算和实验测试研究,分析了不同结构参数对其固有频率和振动幅值的影响,以此对该型后视镜结构进行了优化,从而降低该型号后视镜在标准要求频率范围内的振动幅值,使其振动特性满足了行业要求。
In the vibration testing for a type of rearview mirrors,it is found that the vibration amplitude of the mirror exceeds the allowable value shown in the standard when the first natural frequency is below 80Hz.Thus,numerical simulation and experimental analysis of those rearview mirrors are carried out.The influence of the structural parameters on the natural frequency and vibration amplitude is analyzed.The structure of the rearview mirror is optimized.The vibration amplitudes in the interested frequency band are reduced.And the requirement of the standard is met.
