摘要
设计了一种新型风扇变频调速系统。该系统以AT89C51单片机为控制核心,通过软件编程产生PWM波,与L298的硬件电路一起改变交流电机的频率。利用集成霍尔传感器作为电机转速的检测元件,采用交直一交方式,把工频交流电转换成频率、电压均可控制的交流电供给电动机,驱动风扇转动,实现对交流电机转速的控制。经调试,在变频范围50~225Hz内,风扇转速调整效果良好。
A new type of variable frequency variable speed system of fan is designed. The system takes AT89C51 single chip microcomputer as control core, generates PWM wave through software programming, changes the frequency of AC motor with hardware circuit of L298. Taking integrated Hall sensor as test elements for electrical motor rotational speed, inputting preset frequency through keyboard and AC DC-AC transfer units, the frequency and voltage of the later AC is controllable. It can provide power to electrical motor to drive fans and control the AC motor rotational speed. It has good effect to adjust the fan speed though testing in the frequency range of 50-225 Hz.
