摘要
通过多种雷达折叠机构的方案分析,设计了一种180°大角度天线折叠机构,此机构集翻转、定位、锁紧等功能于一体,可以作为一种通用化的折叠机构被机动性大阵面雷达所借用。同时,通过对机构折叠原理的分析、负载的计算、液压参数的选择以及重复精度的保证等各个方面的分析,证明此折叠机构在大型雷达阵面的翻转应用中是可行的。另外该套系统以液压为动力源,方案根据锁紧机构的锁紧力和解锁力的大小不同,合理的设计液压管路,保证了整套机构的可靠安全工作。该套机构经过样机的长时间烤机使用,目前性能状况优良,达到了设计指标要求,满足使用。
A kind of large-angle antenna folded structure(180°)is designed according to the project anal-ysis of multiple radars.This folded structure has the functions of overturning,locating and locking,which can be used as a common folded structure for mobile large-array radar.The article proves that this folded structure is feasible in the overturning application of the large antenna array of radar through the folded prin-ciple analysis,load calculation,hydraulic pressure parameter choice and repeating precision assurance.The system uses hydraulic pressure as power source.The reasonable hydraulic pressure pipeline is designed ac-cording to the different sizes of locking and unlocking strength so as to guarantee the reliable and safe opera-tion of the whole structure.After being tested for a long time,the performance status of the prototype of this structure is excellent.This folded structure meets the requirements of design specification.
