摘要
以黑龙江小麦麸皮为原料,通过碱法和酶法处理制备阿魏酸,研究阿魏酸的提取工艺条件。通过正交试验,分别确定了碱法和酶法制备阿魏酸最佳工艺条件为:碱法温度80℃,时间3 h,料液比1:20,细度120目,碱液质量分数1.5%;酶法料液比1:6,温度40℃,pH值为5.5,时间120 min。碱法与酶法协同处理小麦麸皮提取的阿魏酸质量分数达5.2 mg/g。
The study is to determine the best conditions of preparing ferulic acid by wheat bran of Heilongjiang through alkali method and enzyme method with wheat bran as raw material. The results show that the best conditions of preparing ferulie acid by alkali method and enzyme method through orthogonal tests. The results show that alkaline temperature 80 ℃, time 3 h, the ratio of bran to solvent 1 : 20, fineness 120 mesh, alkali concentration 1.5%, enzyme method the ratio of bran to solvent 1 : 6, temperature 40 ℃, pH 5.5, time 120 min. It evidently enhanced the amount of ferulie acid extraeting from wheat bran through xylanase-sodiumhydroxide synergism treatment, the result is 5.2 mg/g.
