摘要
利用微波辅助法提取玉米芯木聚糖,通过均匀设计分析,得出微波辅助法提取玉米芯木聚糖的最佳条件为:粒度50目的玉米芯,以质量分数为10%的NaOH溶液为提取溶剂,微波功率为600 W,提取时间为15 min,液固比为10:1。在此条件下,通过试验得出,玉米芯木聚糖提取率达86.7%。与传统提取方法相比,微波辅助法可显著提高玉米芯木聚糖提取率,提高了15.4%,而且微波辅助提取法大大缩短了提取时间,降低了液固比。
Microwave teehnique is employed to extract xylan from corncob. The optimal conditions for the microwave extraction of xylan are determined by uniform design methodology. The optimal conditions for high yield xylan are that 50 mesh of corn cob as extracting material, 10% NaOH as solvent, microwave power 600 W, extraction time 15 min, and ratio of solvent to solid 10 : 1. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of xylan from corncob is 86.7%. Compared to traditional extraction technique, the microwave-assisted extraction technique increases the yield of xylan from corncob by 15.4%. In addition, using the microwave technique, extraction time is significantly shortened and solvent to solid ratio is decreased.
