摘要
目的:用三维有限元方法分析双足站立位、缓慢行走时股骨的应力应变分布,从而指导临床工作。方法:在建立股骨模型的基础上,确定边界条件并加载负荷,用三维有限元分析软件COSMOS2006计算并图示股骨上的应力应变分布。结果:双足站立状态和缓慢行走状态下股骨干内外侧出现高应力、应变区,特别在股骨中下1/3交界区出现应力集中。股骨颈上缘均显示局部应力、应变略大,而股骨大粗隆处无高应力应变的出现,与临床观察基本相符。最大位移发生在股骨头上端加载处。结论:通过对该模型模拟双足站立状态和缓慢行走状态时的三维有限元生物力学分析,其计算结果与临床观察基本相符。
Objective:To analyze stress distribution of femur under the double legs standing and walking slowly with three-dimensional finite element analysis and to provide rational evidence for clinic treatment.Methods:After building three-dimensional finite element model of the femur,we try to determine border condition,subsequently add loads,calculate and illustrate stress distribution of femur with Cosmos software of three-dimensional finite element analysis.Results:High stress and strain zones were found in femoral shaft bilaterally,especially in the distal 1/3 conjunctive part of femur in standing or slow-walking state.The local slight stress and strain is observed in the upper edge of the femoral neck,but no stress and strain was found in greater trochanter of the femer,which was confirmed clinically.Maximum displacement was found in the top loading site of the femoral head.Conclusion:The three-dimensional finite element biomechanical analysis imitating,this calculation results are basically consistent with the clinical observation and the model can better simulate the normal biomechanical analysis of femur.
