补肾滋肝调经汤改善高雄激素雌鼠子宫内膜容受性 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究补肾滋肝调经汤对高雄激素雌鼠子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:测孕4天、孕5天、孕6天子宫内膜转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)表达及血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)值,观察孕5天胞饮突。结果:孕4天、孕5天补肾滋肝调经汤组孕酮值与模型对照组及正常对照组比较显著升高(P<0.05)。孕5天、孕6天补肾滋肝调经组子宫内膜TGF-β1较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.05);孕5天补肾滋肝调经汤组较来曲唑组、模型对照组及正常对照组胞饮突丰富,发育良好。结论补肾滋肝调经汤可调节高雄激素雌鼠内分泌水平,从一定程度上改善子宫内膜容受性。 Objective:To study the effect of Chinese herbal decoction on endometrial receptivity of female rats with excessive androgen.Methods:The expression of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in endometrium and serum levels of estradiol and progesterone were detected at 4,5 and 6 days after pregnancy;pinopodes at 5 days after pregnancy were observed.Results:The serum level of progesterone in Chinese herbal decoction group at 4 and 5 days after pregnancy was significantly higher than those in model control group and normal control group(P〈0.05);the expression levels of TGF-β1 in endometrium of Chinese herbal decoction group at 5 and 6 days after pregnancy were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P〈0.05);at 5 days after pregnancy,compared with letrozole group,model control group and normal control group,the pinopodes were abundant,and the development was good in Chinese herbal decoction group.Conclusion:Chinese herbal decoction can regulate the endocrine level of female rats with excessive androgen,and improve endometrial receptivity to some extent.
