摘要
潮湿环境会使墙体材料的平衡含水率提高,含水率的提高会导致材料的热工性能下降。舟山地区常年相对湿度70%左右,本研究运用热流计法对舟山地区的三种建筑外墙进行热工检测,结果表明传统的240 mm砖墙远远不能达到节能要求,混凝土多孔砖墙外刷聚苯颗粒保温砂浆时,应注意保温层厚度的验算,蒸压加气混凝土砌块可以构成自保温体系。为了达到国家建筑节能50%的要求,对于未实现节能的既有建筑墙体提出改造措施。
The balance water-cut of outside wall material would be raised in wet environment,the raised water-cut would decrease the material thermal performance.The relative humidity is about 70% all year round in Zhoushan.In the article,the thermal features for three types outside wall were detected by making use of flow meter method.The result showed that traditional 240mm brick wall could not achieve energy-saving requirements,the thickness of polystyrene insulation mortar should be checked for the concrete brick wall,and the autoclaved aerated concrete could form a self-insulation system.In order to meet the state requirement of 50% building energy saving,the reconstruction measurements were proposed for the walls that haven't achieved energy-saving.
