摘要
以小麦品种郑麦9023为材料,采用水培方法,研究了不同浓度的Hg2+溶液对浸种后小麦幼苗株高、根长及其淀粉酶和蛋白水解酶同工酶活性的影响。结果表明,低浓度的Hg2+(<0.10 mmol/L)对小麦幼苗株高、根长的影响不大,对小麦幼苗叶片、根中的淀粉酶和蛋白水解酶同工酶的活性有一定程度的诱导作用。而高浓度的Hg2+(>0.10 mmol/L)对小麦幼苗株高、根长及幼苗中的淀粉酶和蛋白水解酶同工酶的活性等有明显的抑制作用,呈现出明显的负相关,导致小麦生长发育受到严重抑制。0.10 mmol/L的Hg2+可能是影响小麦幼苗早期正常生长的阈值。
In a water culture experiment,the wheat cultivar Zhengmai 9023 was used as material to study the effects of different concentrations of Hg^2+ solution on plant height,root length and activities of amylase and protease isoenzyme in wheat seedlings.The resuts showed that low concentration(0.10mmol/L) of Hg^2+ had little effect on wheat plant height and root length,but had a certain induction effect on the activities of amylase and proteolytic enzyme in seedling leaves and roots.However,high concentration of Hg^2+( 0.10mmol/L) could severely suppress the seedling height,root length,and amylase and proteolytic enzyme activities,so as to inhibit the growth and development of wheat.The threshold affecting the normal growth of wheat seedlings might be 0.10 mmol/L of Hg^2+.
