摘要
基于刘家峡水电厂#4机组推力轴承过载和长期运行、检修导致机组运行出现隐患等问题,介绍了在推力轴承改造总体结构不变的条件下,利用扩大性大修实施以#4机组推力轴承更换为重点的改造及制定的完备组织和技术措施。结果表明,改造提高了推力轴承承载能力,增强了机组运行的稳定性、可靠性。
Aiming at the hidden danger of hydroelectric set #4 in Liujiaxia hydropower plant caused by thrust bearing overloading,long-term operation and maintenance,the focus of thrust bearing rehabilitation is adopted replacement technology by using expansion overhauling without change of its overall structure.And the complete organizational and technical measures are drawn up.The results show that the thrust bearing rehabilitation raises its carrying capacity and enhances stability and reliability of hydroelectric set.
