脊柱手术并发脑脊液漏治疗分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨脊柱手术并发脑脊液漏的原因及治疗。方法:回顾性分析本科脊柱手术并发脑脊液漏15例患者的临床资料。其中男8例,女7例,患者年龄32～54岁,均并发于腰椎后路手术,所有病例硬模损伤均在术中发现,并给予了直接缝合或肌肉筋膜片覆盖。结果:本组全部病例全部治愈,无一例并发切口感染及椎管内感染。结论:脊柱手术中一旦发现硬膜囊损伤,应做即时修补,术后出现脑脊液漏保守治疗大多可治愈。
