摘要
采用球-盘式摩擦磨损试验机,研究了粘结性钢-聚四氟乙烯涂层在不同速度和载荷条件下的摩擦磨损特性。采用扫描电子显微镜观测了磨损后涂层的表面形貌,探讨了涂层的摩擦磨损机理。研究发现:随载荷的增加,涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率降低;随速度的增加,涂层摩擦系数趋于恒值,而磨损率增加。扫描电子显微镜分析表明:这是由于高速条件下,涂层与滚球表面转移膜的形成引起的。
The friction and wear characteristics of cohesive P TF E coating on steel were investigated under variable loadings with different vel ocities by a ball-on-disc friction and wear tester.The surface morphology of the coatings after wear test were observed by SEM and the frictional and wear me chanism were also discussed.The results show that frictional coefficient and we ar rate will decrease with the increase in the loading.It can also be found tha t the wear rate will increase while the frictional coefficient is almost unchang ed with the increase in velocity.Further analysis reveals that the experimenta l data above are caused by the formation of a transfer film between the coatings and ball under the high velocity.
