摘要
象湖蓄涝区水位降低后,象湖西堤堤顶高程也可相应的降低。在对适当降低象湖蓄涝区水位后所产生的影响进行充分分析论证的基础上,提出象湖西堤堤顶高程降低的可行性,从而为相关部门提供一定的决策参考。
