摘要
针对齿轮失效产生的摩擦学信息丰富的特征,从齿轮副的接触特征分析了点蚀与剥落产生的机理,并采用有限元法仿真分析了齿轮的接触特征;在系统分析齿轮摩擦磨损信息特征基础上,建立了齿轮摩擦学系统状态信息描述图,为系统研究齿轮副磨损失效提供了方法;通过齿轮磨损试验获取的大量磨粒分析,研究了齿轮磨粒特征与表面失效机理对应关系.
Aiming at the abundant information of tribology which were produced during the gear failure,mechanism of pitting and spalling was firstly analyzed from the contact characteristics of gears,and gear contact characteristics was simulated by using the finite element method.Secondly,block diagram of the gear tribological system information was set up at the basis of systematically analyzing the contact characteristics of gears,it provided a good way for studying the gear wear failure.Finally,the corresponding relationship between the characteristics of gear wear debris and failure mechanism was investigated through analyzing the plenty of wear debris that were obtained from the gear wear testing.
