摘要 近年来,第三代头孢菌素和氨曲南等氧亚氨基β-内酰胺类抗生素被广泛用于临床抗感染治疗,使耐药形势日趋严重,而导致细菌对此类药物耐药的最主要原因是产生超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extendedspectrum β-lactamases,ESBLs)。特别是1983年德国首次从臭鼻克雷伯菌发现产ESBLs株以来,
