对工程项目施工中的成本预测、成本控制、成本核算、成本分析和考核等工作进行介绍,以此为基础对如何完善工程项目的成本管理、搞好成本预测、确定成本控制目标进行重点讨论。提出紧密围绕成本目标确立成本控制原则,并采取有效措施确保项目成本目标实现的成本管理策略。
Introduced the project construction cost forecast,cost control,cost accounting,cost analysis and assessment, etc.Based on this,how to make project cost management perfectly,improve cost forecast,determine the cost control targets is mainly discussed.Focusing on the proposed cost target,establish cost control principles,and take effective measures to ensure the project cost realizing the goal of the cost management strategy.
