摘要
高校图书馆是开展勤工助学工作的重要基地,在其过程中应注重对大学生的人文关怀,这不仅有利于培养大学生的人文素养和人文精神,更能凸现图书馆服务的人文关怀价值和人性化服务的实效性。
The university library is a key place for some students to take part-time jobs, where humanistic care need to be highlighted, because it is not only good for cultivating their humane quality and spirit, but also for reflecting the value of humanistic care and the effectiveness of humanized service.
