摘要
研究目的:随着我国铁路向客运高速化、货运重载化方向发展,对轨道结构的完整性提出了更高的要求,铁路运输安全保障工作的重要性越来越高。本文设计了一种适用于对没有装设轨道电路的无缝长轨区段进行断轨检测的方法,并对断轨检测机理进行了深入分析研究。研究结论:此方法不易受到钢轨及道床的电气参数影响,可以替代轨道电路完成断轨检测功能,并能通过声波回波时间和幅值估测钢轨断裂位置和裂纹大小,对防止断轨事故的发生具有重要意义。
Research purposes: With the China's railway development toward high-speed railway and heavy-load freight,the stricter requirements are enforced on the integrity of rail track structure,and the safety of railway transportation becomes more and more important.This paper proposes a fracture detection method that is suitable for long seamless tracks without track circuits,and deeply studies and analyzes the mechanism of broken rail detection.Research conclusions:The study on simulations of the rail integrity,broken rail status,occupied status of track and failed status of receiving channel shows the ultrasonic guided wave detection method can replace the detection circuits for broken rail in the section without rail circuit,with features of simple principle,easy installation and maintenance and low consumption of operation power.
