高蜡含量减压渣油与催化油浆调合制道路沥青性能评价 被引量:1

Performances of Paving Asphalt Produced from FCC Slurry Blending with High Wax Content Vacuum Residue

摘要 针对催化裂化油浆与高蜡含量的减压渣油调合生产道路沥青存在的针入度指数和延伸度低的缺点,通过加入PI值改进剂和增延剂,对调合沥青进行轻度改性,制备符合70B标准的道路沥青。对制得道路沥青试样进行性能评价研究,包括沥青胶结料常规性能评价、沥青胶结料SHRP性能分级评价、沥青混合料性能评价等。评价结果显示,通过该工艺生产的道路沥青满足技术指标要求。 For drawbacks of low penetration index and ductility of asphalt produced from FCC slurry blending with high wax content vacuum residue, by adding penetration index and ductility improvers, the paying asphalt products which satisfactied to 70B grade specifications were produced. The performances of these paving asphalt products were studied, including conventional test methods, SHRP performance grade evaluation and asphalt mixture test. The results have shown that the paving asphalts produced by this process can meet the technical requairments.
