摘要
目的:考察复方链呋油滴鼻剂透膜扩散效果。方法:采用改良型Franz扩散池(垂直式),接收液为pH 5.0的磷酸盐缓冲液,用HPLC法同时测定呋喃西林、麻黄碱的透膜浓度,计算其累积透膜量、累积透膜率和单位面积平均透膜率。结果:呋喃西林和麻黄碱透过速度分别为0.994 8、11.875 0μg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),其透膜扩散行为符合Fick's第一定律。结论:复方链呋油滴鼻剂有较好的透膜扩散能力。
Objective ： To investigate the dialytic delivery ability of the compound lianfuyou nasa/drops. Method ： Modified Franztype vertical diffusion cells and absorptive solution of phosphate buffer（ pH 5.0） were used. The contents of nitrofurazone and ephedrine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC. The cumulative amount and cumulative ratio were also calculated. Result： The average permeation rates of nitrofurazone and ephedrine hydrochloride were 0. 994 8 and 11. 875 0 μg·cm^-2 h^-1, respectively. The dialytic delivery was accorded with the Fick＇ s first diffusion law. Conclusion ： The compound lianfuyou nasal drops have a high permeation rate.
