摘要
在经营战略六要素理论的指导下,通过对航空科研单位外部环境和内部条件的分析研究,设计了由三大战略有机组合的总体经营战略模式,并逐步进行展开,进而从组织结构调整、人才开发、企业文化培育、民品发展和市场营销等几个方面提出了一系列的策略与措施。同时,针对如何适应市场经济的要求,建立现代企业制度进行了战略探讨。
Guided by the theory of Six Essentials in Managerial Strategies, through an analysis of and search in the external environment and internal situation of the aviation scientific research institutions, this paper has worked out an overall strategic model composed of the interrelated principal strategies and then proceeds to put forward a series of tactics and measures with regard to the adjustment of organizational structure, personnel development, corporate-culture fostering, civil products development,marketing and so on. In addition, it probe the problems of how to meet the repuirements of market economy and to set up a moden enterprise system.
