摘要
单纯疱疹病毒是一种常见的疱疹病毒。近年来，随着发病率的不断上升，受到越来越多临床和科研工作者的重视，通过血清学方法来检测单纯疱疹病毒是该领域的热点之一。该文就对用血清学检测方法未诊断单纯疱疹病毒以及其在临床中的应用进行简单的综述。
Herpes simplex virus （HSV） is a common herpes virus. In recent years, with the increasing incidence rate, the clinical and scientific researchers pay more and more attention to this field, among which detection of HSV by serological methods is one of the hot areas. This paper mainly reviewed the diagnosis of HSV using serological methods and its roles in clinical application.
