摘要
肺是心房利钠肽(ANP)的重要来源并拥有着完善的利钠肽调节系统。许多免疫器官能够检测出ANP,多种免疫细胞表达利钠肽家族的受体,提示ANP具有免疫调节作用。既往对利钠肽和支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)的研究主要集中在其舒张支气管、减轻气道高反应性方面,但目前研究发现利钠肽系统可能在哮喘免疫、炎症等方面也起着关键作用,并可能参与了哮喘的发病及防御。
The lung,having a perfect ANP regulatory system,is a significant source of ANP. The ANP can be detectable in some immune organs,and the receptors for NP are expressed in various immune cells,suggesting an effect of ANP in immunomodulation. Previous studies on ANP and asthma mainly focus on the bronchodilatory properties and reducing airway hyperreactivity. However, recent reports suggest that NP system may play a significant role in the immunity and inflammation of asthma and are important players in both the pathogenesis of and protection against asthma.
