热休克蛋白70基因多态性与脑梗死及其危险因素的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 生物细胞在许多应激因素如缺血、缺氧、热刺激、毒物及重金属中毒等作用后发生热休克反应,启动热休克蛋白(HSPs)基因合成HSPs。HSPs能帮助新合成的多肽链进行生理折叠与伸展,纠正多肽链的错误折叠,促进异常蛋白质转运、降解并移出细胞,使受损细胞的功能和结构得到恢复,具有“分子伴侣”的功能。
