摘要
采用正交实验研究了碳钢在环烷酸馏分油中,动态高温常压下的腐蚀行为。考察了酸值、温度和反应时间F环烷酸对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明在影响环烷酸腐蚀的各因素中,酸值起决定性的作用,温度的影响也比较大,试验时间的影响作用不大。腐蚀环境相同时,环烷酸的腐蚀速率随着环烷酸分子量的增加而降低。
Orthogonal experiment was carried out to study the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in fraction oil containing naphthenic acid at high temperature and atmospheric pressure.The influence of acid number,temperature,and reaction time on the behavior of naphthenic acid corrosion was investigated.The results indicated that among the influence factors,acid number plays a key role,temperature is the second influence factor,and time has the slight effect.At the same corrosion environment,the corrosion rate of naphthenic acid drops with the increase of its molecular weight.
