硫胺素对反刍动物瘤胃内代谢规律及其瘤胃酸中毒的影响

摘要 1概述 硫胺素(又称为维生素B1)属水溶性维生素,是动物体内能量代谢途径中重要的辅酶。它以硫胺素焦磷酸辅酶(TPP)的形式参与碳水化合物代谢过程中α-酮酸的氧化脱羧反应,是动物体内整个能量代谢过程和支链氨基酸代谢所必需的水溶性维生素;
