摘要
目的探讨下呼吸道感染的临床对策。方法通过诊断，对症采用适当的抗生素。结果下呼吸道感染多为慢性肺部疾病与真菌感染。结论要重视患者基础疾病治疗，加强支持治疗和重建免疫机制，尽量减少并发症的发生；适当缩短住院时间合理使用抗菌素是减少呼吸病房内下呼吸道感染的主要措施。
Objective To explore the situation and prevention of lower respiratory tract hospital infec- tion. Methods Through the diagnosis, symptomatic with appropriate antibiotics. Results Most of them were Achronic lung disease and fungal infection. Conclusion Patients should pay attention to the basis of disease treatment, supportive care and rehabilitation to strengthen the immune system and redule the incidence of com- plications. An appropriate length of hospital stay rational use of antibiotics can and reduce the respiratory ward of the main measures of lower respiratory tract infection.
