摘要
通过乳液聚合制备了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/蒙脱土(MMT)纳米复合材料,分别在73,78,86,88℃四个反应温度对PMMA/MMT纳米复合材料进行反应过程动力学与反应机理研究。结果表明,PMMA/MMT复合材料聚合过程存在升速期、恒速期和降速期,符合经典的乳液聚合理论;聚合过程恒速期反应速率方程为K=30.59 e-14.55/RT,反应活化能Ea为14.55 kJ/mol。
PMMA/MMT Nanometer compound materials were prepared by emulsion polymerization.The reaction process dynamics and reaction mechanism of PMMA/MMT nanometer compound materials were researched at 73,78,86 and 88 ℃,respectively.The results showed that there had speeding time,the constant speed time and speeding down time in the polymerization of PMMA/MMT and it met with the classical emulsion polymerization theory.The reaction rate equation of the constant speed time in polymeration was K=30.59e-14.55/RT,reaction activation energy Ea=14.55 kJ/mol.
