摘要
探讨了8.33tex三叶涤纶线经过不同定形温度处理后的光泽变化的原因。结果表明:处理温度不同,纱线的捻度、分光反射率、K/S值、纤维表面低聚物的含量都有变化,对纱线光泽影响最大的是涤纶纤维表面低聚物含量的增加。
Reasons in changing the luster of 75tex three leaves polyester thread heat-set by different temperature are discussed.The result indicates that the yarn twist,spectral reflectance,K/S value,oligomer content on the fiber surface can be changed when treated by different heat set temperature and the greatest impact on the yarn luster is caused by the increase of oligomer content on the polyester fiber surface.
