摘要
光整机的辊形设计和辊系弹性变形特性是光整板形控制研究的关键要素,也是冷轧带钢板形控制领域不可或缺的重要部分。针对马钢一号镀锌线光整机存在的板形不稳定、因板形缺陷造成的废品率或彩涂基料回退率一直较高的突出问题,从现场测试、理论分析、上机试验及应用方面开展了系统研究,发现了光整机在辊形加工、热辊形、轧辊磨损及弯辊使用等方面存在的问题;结合该光整机的设备工艺特点,研究了光整机的辊系弹性变形特性,提出了新的辊形配置方案,完成了从方案设计、比较实验到生产应用的全过程工作,取得板形改善、生产过程稳定性提高的明显效果。
Design of roll profile and the elastic deformation characteristics of roll system for skin-pass mill are the essential factors in the research of shape control in skin pass process as well as an important part in the shape control of cold rolled strip. Focusing on the problems of shape instability and high product reject ratio caused by shape defects at the skin-pass mill of Masteel's No. 1 galvanizing line, a systematic study was carried out in the aspects of on-site measurements, theoretic analysis, operation tests and production application. Problems in roll machining, hot roll profile, roll wear and the use of bending roll were found out. Based on the process features of the mill, elastic deformation characteristics of roll system were studied, a new roll profile configuration was proposed and a whole research process from design and comparative experiment to production application was completed, bringing noble improvements in production stability as well as strip shape.
