摘要
职业文化是高职校园文化的突出特性和本质要求,对高职人才培养具有重要的引导和规范作用。良好的职业素养是高职学生的核心竞争力,是高职院校校园文化的个性特色。职业素养的形成是一个系统工程,需要校园职业文化的熏陶、感染,职业信念、职业规范的教育、引导和学生自身的积极努力。
Professional culture,which is an outstanding characteristic of higher vocational college culture and its essential requirements,plays a significant leading and normative role in the cultivation of higher vocational talents.High professional quality is the core competitiveness for higher vocational college students and one particular characteristic of campus culture of higher vocational colleges.The formation of professional culture is a systematic project,which demands the edification and infection of campus professional culture,the instruction of professional beliefs and norms and the practice activities of students.
