摘要
我国体育彩票业发展过程中存在法律法规不健全,市场监管不力,彩票玩法种类较少,发行方式落后等问题,应当通过加强立法,强化监管体系,加大宣传力度,加快市场化进程,努力挖掘体育彩票的体育内涵等对策来促进体育彩票业的发展。
First of all,this thesis points out the problems existing in the development of sports lotteries,such as imperfection of law and system,lacking in supervise and so on.And then it submits countermeasures such as strengthening legislation and supervising system,enhancing propaganda,accelerating the process of the marketization,and striving to explore the sports connotation of sports lotteries and so on,in order to promote the development of sports lotteries.
