摘要
随着工业化与城镇化进程的加快,我国的城镇规模呈现了扩张态势,建设用地扩张与耕地保护的矛盾日益尖锐,所以中国应效仿日本与韩国积极开展海外的耕地投资。从人口膨胀与粮食需求、建设用地扩张与耕地保护、外汇储备与对外投资等角度,分析中国发展海外耕地投资的必要性及其面临的历史机遇与潜在威胁,并提出了现阶段我国发展海外耕地投资的经营策略。
As the industrialization and the urbanization being accelerated,the contradictions between the construction land expansion and arable land protection are increasingly acute.China should carry out the oversea arable land investment by emulating the behaviors from Japan and South Korea.This paper analyzes the neccesity historic opportunities and potential threats for China to develop the overseas arable land investment,and puts forward the business strategy of such foreign investment in China at this present stage.
