摘要
建立了固相萃取净化-离子排斥色谱法分离和测定甜菜碱中羟基乙酸(盐)、一氯乙酸(盐)、二氯乙酸(盐)的方法。结果表明:该方法的分离效果好,一氯乙酸、二氯乙酸、羟基乙酸的检出限分别为5.0μg/g,1.0μg/g和5.0μg/g。各有机酸的线性相关系数均达到0.999,回收率为96.4%~99.2%。
Solid phase extraction purification -ion exclusion chromatography method for separation and determination of glycolic acid (GL, and its salt ), monoehloroacetie acid (MCA, and its salt ) and dichloroacetic acid (DCA,and its salt) in betaine samples was established. Experimental results showed that separation was good and the detection limits of MCA, DCA and GL were identified as 5.0μg/g, 1.0μg/g and 5.0 μg/g respectively. The linearity correlation coefficient of all samples achieves 0. 999. Recovery achieves 96. 4%-99. 2%.
