摘要
教学是教师的一种生活方式、存在方式,对于教师而言,内在地具有生活的意味,就是生活本身,我们称之为"教学生活"。关注教师的教学生活能促进教师专业发展,提高教学质量和教师自身话语权。对教学生活本质和价值的把握有助于分析教学生活异化现象的原因。在此基础上,从外在和内在因素两个角度复归教师教学生活本真状态是可取之径。
Teaching is a living and existing way of teachers.For teachers,it inherently means life,the life itself,which we call "teaching life".Concerning about the teaching life can promote the professional development of teachers,improve teaching quality and teacher's own speaking right.Grasping the nature and value of teaching life can help us analyse the reasons for the phenomenon of teaching life alienation.On this basis,finding ways from the perspective of external and internal factors to restore the true state of teaching life is a desirable path.
