摘要
环境税收政策对于解决中国的环境问题具有至关重要的作用,但目前环境政策的实施还面临着一系列的困难,文章从基础支持、组织机构职能等几个方面提出了确保环境税收政策有效实施的对策。
Environmental tax policy played a critical role in solving environmental problems of our country.But the implementation of environmental tax policy faced a number of difficulties.The article introduced strategy in terms of basic support,functions of organization to ensure the effective implementation of environmental tax policy.
