摘要
目的分析感染性疾病的传播特点和隔离防护要求,制定标准预防操作规程。方法通过对感染疾病科医护人员隔离防护过程的实地观察,找出各个环节的隔离误区,采取相应的隔离防护对策。结果通过隔离防护知识教育,强化"标准预防"理念,保护了患者及医护人员,减少感染性疾病的传播。结论在感染疾病科强化、推广"标准预防"势在必行,是科学而有效的措施。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of the spread of infectious diseases,the isolation and protection requirements,and set the standard operating procedures of precautions.METHODS Through the practical observation of the process of disease isolation and protection by the medical workers,all aspects of segregation errors were identified,and take the appropriate isolating and protective measures.RESULTS By training with the knowledge of isolation and protection,strengthened the ＂standard precaution＂,which could reduce the spread of infective diseases.CONCLUSION Strengthening and promoting the ＂standard precautions＂ in hospital infection branch are imperative,scientific and effective.
