摘要
在对白云鄂博主东氧化矿现工艺分析与研究的基础上,通过实验室及工业分流试验,确定对白云鄂博主东氧化矿弱磁精反浮选精矿采用电磁螺旋柱—细筛—再磨—弱磁选及强磁选精矿采用细筛—反、正浮选工艺流程,实现氧化矿铁精矿品位达到68%的目标。
Based on the process analysis and research of the Baiyun'erbo main eastern oxidized ore,and through laboratory and industrial tests,the process of electromagnetic spiral column-fine sieve-regrinding-low intensity magnetic separation for fine weak magnetic concentrate of oxide ore,and the process of fine sieve-inverse flotation for high intensity magnetic concentrate in Baiyun'erbo main eastern oxidized ore are adoptd to achieve oxidized iron ore concentrate of 68% in grade.
